Free Blackjack
Golden
Palace Online Casino UK offers six deck Blackjack with the option to play free blackjack online or, of course, play using real money. Our blackjack games come with other options as well including Multihand,
Multiplayer and Private Group modes. To start playing or free blackjack right now, simply
click the graphic/image located immediately to the right of
this text, download and install the software, create a player
profile and you'll be all set! Please note, we also offer Blackjack Switch.
Start Playing Free Blackjack
Within our game software, select the option to play blackjack, then when our blackjack table is displayed (similar to the screenshot image above), you can start things rolling by clicking on the chips to increase your bet. Every click on a chip
increases your bet. Every right click on a chip on the table
removes it from your bet. After placing your bet, click the
'Deal' button to start things off. Use the Hit,
Stand, Double, Split
and Insurance buttons as required. To play
another round, press New Game or click Rebet
to place the same bet as in the previous round.
Blackjack Explained
Commonly known as '21', Blackjack games are among the more popular ones in the online and traditional casino. The object when playing Blackjack is for the total
of your cards to be closer to 21 than the dealer’s cards,
without exceeding 21. In Blackjack, aces count as either 1 or
11, face cards as 10, and number cards as their face value.
If the total value of your cards is closer to 21 than the dealer’s,
you win as much as you had wagered (e.g. if your bet was $10,
you receive $20). If the total of your cards is more than 21,
you “bust” and lose your bet. If you and the dealer
have the same card total (17 and up) neither of you win and
your bet is returned to you in a “push”. Blackjack
beats a score of 21.
Golden Palace's real / free blackjack follows the standard “Las Vegas
Strip” rules, with the following exceptions - (a) After
each round, used cards are returned to the deck and the deck
is shuffled (b) The player may not split a split hand (c) The
player may double after splitting (d) The dealer will not check
for Blackjack in any case (e) If the player doubles and the
dealer's first card is of value 11 (ACE), and the dealer gets
blackjack, the player loses both his bets.
